Wendigo-going paint crazy!

Hey fellow crumble lovers! A quick update on my painting since getting back from Devon plus some prep for Gaslands!

First up the, so close to being finished it hurts, Wendigos! They just need varnish and tufts.

Really pleased with the custom wash I made to add the pink-ish  tone hue to the gums which where painted the same as the rest of the flesh.

I likes the idea that they wander around pretending to be just another furry animal so made the fur and skin very similar . the skin is greyish and the fur a warmer brown.

The tongue was one of those parts that I panicked about when I painted the undercoat then managed to  calm it right back with the highlights and washes to the gums.

Next up is Gaslands. No paint yet just had to dig deep into the bits box to make weapons at a nearly correct scale.

Can't decide on a colour scheme but need to undercoat them first anyway so can have a good long think about it. May your paint pots always seal tight!
